Our Story
Started in 2011 when our founder realized most executive coaches were either academic or just repeating frameworks they'd read in books. Neither approach worked for the messiness of real business. So we built something different — coaching grounded in actual experience. We've worked with 47 clients across finance, tech, manufacturing, and nonprofits. Built a reputation on being direct, not polished. That reputation brought us here, still operating from București, still focused on depth over growth.
